Restitusi atau pengembalian dapat diminta apabila terjadi kelebihan pembayaran pajak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cApabila terjadi kelebihan pembayaran pajak maka Anda dapat meminta pengembalian kelebihan pembayaran pajak, yang dapat langsung diproses dan diselesaikan oleh sistem untuk wajib pajak dengan kriteria-kriteria tertentu,\u201d tulis DJP dalam laman resminya, dikutip Minggu (18\/8\/2024).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DJP tidak menjelaskan lebih lanjut kriteria-kriteria tertentu. Namun, dalam ketentuan yang berlaku dikenal skema pengembalian pendahuluan atau restitusi dipercepat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tidak dengan pemeriksaan, restitusi dipercepat dilakukan hanya dengan penelitian. Nantinya akan terbit Surat Keputusan Pengembalian Pendahuluan Kelebihan Pajak (SKPPKP).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tentunya hal ini berbeda apabila dilakukan pemeriksaan, dimana produk hukum yang terbit berupa Surat Ketetapan Pajak Lebih Bayar (SKPLB).
